Trip Hammer UK produces E-Liquids for electronic cigarettes. The E-Liquids are E-Liquid recreations of the flavours they are proposing to be.

As taste is subjective, steeping is not always necessary. We aim to suit all needs of our customers this is why our juice is sent out fresh. Please seek advise if you are unsure.

Steeping in the terms of vaping is the process of maturing the flavour of an E-Liquid. This can be done in many ways. It’s like maturing a fine wine, it takes patience and experimentation. The colour of the liquid may change to a darker colour this is normal.

People have their different ways of steeping however; we at Trip Hammer recommend that you leave the juice in a dark room / cupboard for at least 24 hours, up to two weeks depending on personal preference. In the first 24 hours, we recommend taking the lid off your bottle, but leaving the nozzle in place. We also recommend that you check your juice on a daily basis to ensure you do not over steep. The steeping process is affected by temperature, for example, when it is cold the steeping process takes longer, however, we do not recommend leaving it in a really hot place e.g on top of a radiator, in the microwave.

To the best of our knowledge, none of our juices contain any of the above.

Please allow at least 24 to 72 hours for your order to be processed as all liquids are made to order. During the weekend orders are not processed these resume on Monday. During busy periods this may take longer. Your order status will change to completed this means the order has been dispatched to the postal network this does not mean that you have received the order.

For orders using Local Pick Up, your order will be available to collect as soon as you receive your completed email. If you have left an order note specifying one of the shops however, then the following applies:

  • Kinson: Available for collection the day after you receive your completed email.
  • Ashley Cross: Available for collection the day after you receive your completed email.
  • Swanage: Available for collection on the Thursday following your completed email.

During busy periods, for example, Christmas and Holiday deliveries may take longer. Please allow 2 to 14 days during these times. As well as international deliveries may take longer.

Before contacting us, please check your local post office, check that the delivery address is correct on your order and that you have selected the correct delivery option for example, local pickup.

Some of our citrus juices can haze tanks, but rarely crack them. We recommend Pyrex glass tanks for citrus juices as plastic tanks are susceptible to hazing issues.

We do please contact us via the contact form with your business details such as name, telephone number and where your business is located.

Please contact us ASAP so we can change the order for you. However, we cannot add items to your order or take away items.

If you supply us with an old, incorrect or undeliverable address, please contact us immediately just in case we can get it changed for you.

If your order has already been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address and we cannot stop it in transit. We cannot send more items and we cannot refund the ones that have already been sent to you.

At this point it is your responsibility to try and retrieve the items sent to the incorrect address that was supplied to us, this applies to addresses where you used to live for example.

If you cannot get the items or you supplied an undeliverable address, hopefully the package will be returned to us in which case you will need to pay for the items to be reshipped before we can send them to you again. This will mean you have to wait to see if it is returned to us and this could take many weeks.
