These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from TripHammer. By ordering goods from TripHammer you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.

When you place an order to purchase a product from us, you will be sent an e-mail from TripHammer confirming receipt of your order and setting out the details of your order. During the checkout process you will be forwarded to the World Pay secure checkout system to enter your credit/debit card details and complete the transaction.

 

Age of consent

TripHammer reserves the right to cancel any order immediately without notice if we believe that the order has been placed by someone who is not legally entitled to and under the age of 18.

 

Ordering

When placing an order through our website, you will have a selection of different products, strengths and flavours to choose from. If any of our products are out of stock, we will clearly underline this and notify you all via our website. If however, after placing an order we then determine that we have insufficient stock to fulfil this, you will be notified of this as soon as possible and we will issue a full refund.

Payments must be received before orders can be dispatched.

 

Delivery

 

Once your order has been despatched from our warehouse, you will be sent a ‘complete’ confirmation email with details of your order.

Please note: Your order may take 1-3 working days to be processed as all orders are bottled freshly. Only after you receive you ‘complete’ email does the delivery time frame come into effect.

UK Standard Delivery – Can take up to 3-10 working days to arrive, therefore, please allow this amount of time before contacting us regarding an order not yet received?

UK Recorded Delivery – This option can still take up to 3-10 working days to arrive, therefore, please allow this amount of time before contacting us regarding an order not yet received?

International Delivery – This can take up to 7-14 working days to arrive, therefore, please allow this amount of time before contacting us regarding an order not yet received?

Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you supply us with an old, incorrect or undeliverable address, please contact us immediately just in case we can get it changed for you.

If your order has already been shipped we cannot change the shipping address and we cannot stop it in transit. We cannot send more items and we cannot refund the ones that have already been sent to you.

At this point it is your responsibility to try and retrieve the items sent to the incorrect address that was supplied to us, this applies to addresses where you used to live for example.

If you can’t get the items or you supplied an undeliverable address, the package may be returned to us in which case you will need to pay for the items to be reshipped before we can send them to you again. This will mean you have to wait to see if it is returned to us and this could take many weeks.

 

International Orders

You are responsible for checking that the products you order are legal to import into your country – we can accept no claims for packages held or destroyed by your own countries authorities.

International shipping can take anything from 3-14 days depending on the country and we ask that you wait a minimum of 14 working days before contacting us about your order.

 

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us through the support tab on our website. You can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, and we will ensure that you will receive a replacement or a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Please note that we will not accept used e-liquid. However, if there is something wrong with the e-liquid, then we will replace the product. ‘Not liking’ the flavour will not be deemed a fault.

Note: All return postage must be payed for by the customer. If a fault is found with the e-liquid then postage can be refunded.

 

Wholesale Returns

If you are unhappy with any Juices/E- liquids purchased from Triphammer UK by wholesale, please can you make us aware within 14 days of receiving the items so we can deal with your concerns. However, after this time period, juices cannot be returned as they are a consumable item. If you have any query’s please contact us on the FAQ/Contact page.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Cancellation

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 14 working days. The period of 14 working days begins on the day after you receive your goods. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter or email within this period. You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them. You should return goods to us in their original packaging, wherever possible, as soon as possible after informing us of your wish to cancel. If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.

 

Changes to Terms

The Seller shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the Buyer upon making a purchase.

 

Complaints

Complaints are taken extremely seriously by TripHammer and we endeavour to make sure that our customer’s complaints are dealt with in a professional and confidential manner. Any complaints must be made through the support tab on our website or by email to admin@triphammer.co.uk where this will be picked up and dealt with the same day, if this cannot be achieved then we will deal with this the next working day. We will make every effort to ensure that any complaints are resolved within 7 days.
